Scarlett Johansson, American actress (born on November 22nd, 1985, in New York City New York) is awaited for her recognition due to her acting abilities across genres such as the period dramas through thrillers to action adventures. Johansson is the daughter of a film director as well as an architect. She was raised by New York City. She was the twin sister of Hunter and she were her youngest siblings. Her interest began in acting at a young age auditioning for commercials by age seven. She joined the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly after and attended the Professional Children's School, Manhattan to further her education. Johansson made her debut an actor in the film North (1994) at the age of nine. At eight, she starred alongside Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson was next seen in Just Cause (1995), before making her big break in the film Manny & Lo - a story about two sisters, orphans who are able to escape. Then, she was awarded the praise of critics for playing the role of a teenager who experienced an accident which left her disfigured in The Horse Whisperer (1998). She gained more attention with the film Ghost World (2002) as the outcast cynical Rebecca. The actress is most famous for playing Nell Jones (on CBS' popular show NCIS Los Angeles). This award-winning actor was a principal character on the show. In addition to appearing in the show, she also has a successful stage actor. She has given some of the most impressive performance, such as in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith was a teenager when she first began her entertainment career. When she was a kid, she discovered her passion for performing. Smith found her first role as an actor at six years old through the support of her parents. She was a part of a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. As with many actresses who started out, she decided to perfect her skills in the field of theatre. In addition, she worked on other projects throughout the USA as well, and Wildflower was her first stage performance. She was educated at the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
